How to Enter
Prepare your entry form
Exhibitors should print the category form, complete the items they want to enter, and forward it to the entry secretary by email or deliver the form along with the items to be exhibited to the fairgrounds between 3 pm and 6 pm on Saturday, August 1, 2026.

Submit on time
Bring your completed form and exhibits to the fairgrounds during the Saturday intake window, or send the form by email in advance.
Important Notice
Know the deadline
All exhibits except Categories 1 and 2 must be at the fairgrounds before 6 pm on Saturday, August 1, 2026. Categories 1 and 2 must be at the fairgrounds before 10 am on Sunday, August 2, 2026. Category 16 may also be dropped off before 10 am Sunday morning.
