A Great Fit for Local Vendors
To Book Vendor or Information Booth
Download and complete the portion of the Vendor Permit that relates to your Booth. Remember to specify if you are an information booth or a vendor booth. Please keep in mind only have two people from your booth can enter the fairgrounds for free. All remaining people must pay the appropriate admission at the gate.

VENDOR BOOTH: Businesses must provide your business name and who will be working in the booth. If you do not have a business name, just use your name or the primary sellerโs name. We work on the honour system and ask for 10% of your gross earnings. Fees for your booth includes admission price for two people. If you require additional admission, please be sure to pay for them at the gate once the fair opens. One of our dedicated volunteers will come around and collect at the end of the day or you can pay at the information tent located at the front of the big building. A receipt will be forwarded to you after the fair. Thank you for honouring the honour system.
INFORMATION BOOTH: Only fill out the Information Booth portion if you are only providing information and not selling anything. Make sure to note who or what you are representing. Information booths are a flat fee of $25. Fees for your booth includes admission price for two people. If you require additional admission, please be sure to pay for them at the gate once the fair opens.
Information Related to the Booths
SPACES: Booth size is 8โx10โ. Vendors are required to provide the following items.
You must supply our own table and chairs (plywood and sawhorses may be used) A garbage can or container.
Fire Extinguisher if cooking food.
Your Booth must have Proper Signage (who you are, your menu, and prices) and MUST be visible to the public.
Water: There is cold running water on site. We have hot running water at the side of the big building near the chicken display.
Set up Time: Access to the Fair grounds for setup is Saturday Evening or Sunday Morning. If setting up Saturday Evening there is security overnight. If setting up Sunday Morning ALL VEHICLES MUST be removed from the fair site by 10am (fair day).
Booth Decorating: There is $100 prize for the best theme decorated booth in the current yearsโ theme. Contact the booth coordinator for more information.
Application Deadline: Application form must be returned no later than July 15th as, vendor sites are rapidly booked. Application can be mailed to PO Box 497, Daajing Giids, B.C., V0T 1S0 and must be post marked before July 15 or it can be faxed to 250โ559โ8975, or you email the application to the address below.
